"Richard came to our rescue with no notice and we were so glad to find him via a search on Facebook. We had vastly underestimated how much time would be needed to empty a 4 bed house and get the contents into storage. Richard came out on Sunday evening to empty the rest of the house, looked after it overnight and then met us at the storage unit the next morning to empty the van. He was friendly, professional, reassuring and a calming influence at the end of a very stressful day. The added bonus was that his rates were very affordable, it would have been so easy for him to bump the price to take advantage of the quandary we were in. We hope to move from storage to the new house at the end of May, Richard's number is saved into our phone ready to call him once we know the date.
